Mitosis and Meiosis

Hello Students,

This week we have started our journey in understanding two very amazing processes of life called Mitosis and Meiosis.  To extend your learning I would like you to watch these two (mitosis and meiosis) You Tube videos to better help you visualize the processes.  Mitosis with music and this meiosis video as well will help you. 

After watching these four videos write a three paragraph summary about the similarities and differences of Mitosis and Meiosis.  The first paragraph should include the similarities between mitosis and meiosis, the second and third paragraphs you should be writing about the differences between mitosis and meiosis.  Don't forget each paragraph should include 5 or more sentences so you will probably end up with a one sided one page paper.  Enjoy the videos and be ready to turn these in by Monday (2.24.14) during class.
